Privacy Policy

What we collect

Email address — when you sign in via magic link. Used to authenticate your account and send transactional emails (sign-in links, subscription receipts).

Browser fingerprint — a non-identifying hash used to track free-tier usage. We do not store IP addresses or personal identifiers through fingerprinting.

Payment data — processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your card number.

PDF handling

Your uploaded PDFs are processed in memory, converted, and returned to you immediately. We do not store, read, or retain your PDF files after conversion completes. No PDF content is logged or transmitted to third parties.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. The browser fingerprint is generated client-side and transmitted only for quota enforcement.

Data retention

Account data (email, subscription status) is retained while your account is active. Fingerprint usage data is retained for quota enforcement and aggregate analytics. You can request deletion of your data by emailing support.
